To put on my running shoes and the running watch. To plug in my earphones, step outside and start to run. I really love this. A way to get rid of too much thoughts and let your mind wander.
It started when I wanted to know if I could run a marathon and trained for about a year until my first one. The experience was simply fantastic. And then I just continued running. At the weekend I normally doing longer runs like a half marathon. I’m not an ambitious runner though. Only average results overall and in my age group.
